We had two different properties inspected by two different inspectors, one of whom was Doug Myers/HomePro. One property's inspection done by another inspector was barely legible and provided very little information. The HomePro Inspection done on the second property was so much more comprehensive, easy to forward to a contractor, containing photos and detailed descriptions of the specific issues in question, we had him go back to the first property and re-inspect what we'd already paid another inspector to do. There was that much of a difference. HomePro is the last word you will need to understand your property's issues, and exactly what will be needed to resolve them. Seriously, going anywhere else is a complete waste of time, energy and money. At HomePro, your dollars and time are well spent.

Doug was very good at explaining the use of a vacation home and the unusual features that may not be apparent to a typical homeowner (shut off the water at the circuit breaker when leaving your vacation home for several days or weeks). He took the features and defects of an older home in stride and with good humor. Doug was easy to work with, and was very complete in inspections of water, electrical, all heating, structure inside and out, and grounds. The main inside inspection took about 2.5 hours for a 2,200 SQFT home (he had arrived early and inspected some of the outside features of the house, and was waiting with the issue he had found). Highly recommended.
